茉莉花桂圆果冻【Jasmine And Longan Jelly】

每4年才逢一次的2月29号。因此,特别选在今天上这道甜品,为这个

小田园留个4年一次的印记。因为错过了今天,就得等4年后了。呵呵~~~


这个多二月以来 , 天气实在是非常炎热 , 这样的天气 , 总是会让人想吃

点冰冰凉凉的食物来消消暑。但说也奇怪 , 向来爱吃冰的我 , 近来却没

有想吃冰棒的欲望。

突然~~想起过年前整理食物储存柜时 ,看到还有一包买了蛮久的燕菜粉 ,

 既然不想吃冰棒 , 那就做些燕菜糕来吃好了。



想吃比较清淡口味的燕菜糕 ,刚好这时候看到 Anncoo Blog的菊花龙眼果冻。

还蛮有兴趣的 , 但 , 家里却没有菊花的存货。倒是有一些侄儿早前买的茉莉

花。因此 , 我就参考了配方 , 做了这清淡素雅的"茉莉花果冻"。


微微的甘味 , 轻轻淡淡茉莉花香, 蛮喜欢这味道清新色泽漂亮的果冻。



【茉莉花桂圆果冻食谱】



材料:-

茉莉花乾 (Dried Jasmine Flowers) - 10g

黄片糖 (Brown Sugar )- 105g(不甜)
(随个人口味增减)

清水(Plain Water) - 1000ml

燕菜粉 (Jelly Powder) - 12g  (1包) 

桂圆肉( Dried Longan Pulp) - 25g


制作步骤:-


1) 把茉莉花冲洗洗净,滤掉水分.

2) 将燕菜粉与清水搅拌均匀.

3) 把拌均匀的燕菜水倒入锅里,并将沥掉水分的茉莉花,片糖与桂圆肉也放入锅里,煮滚後,转去小火继续煮至片糖溶解,茉莉花及桂圆肉的味道释放出来(大约20分钟左右).熄火,把茉莉花捞出来,桂圆肉留着.(也可留一部分捞出来的茉莉花做装饰用)

4)将煮好的燕菜液及(装饰用的茉莉花)倒入模子里,室温待凝固及泠却.

5)将燕菜收进冰箱泠藏1~2个小时,即可脱模享用.

    1. I've known many people out there through LTU who shares the same passion and being able to exchange ideas and recipes. I hope that there will be similar platform such as LTU in the near future.
